Broccoli cheddar meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground turkey

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tbsp salt

  • 1/2 tbsp pepper

  • 1 whisked egg

  • 1 cup broccoli (I used frozen then chopped)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/3 cup flour or bread crumbs (I used a 50/50 mixture)

Instructions

1. Add ground turkey to a bowl
2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and anything else that sounds good to you
3. Prepare chopped broccoli and add to bowl
4. Shred and add cheddar cheese… feel free to add a bit more if you are a cheese lover
5. Add beaten egg
6. Add flour/breadcrumb mixture
7. Mix together with hands and roll into balls
8. Bake for 20 min at 350, broil for 5 min after to brown them a bit
